The access to Bradford Cove starts out as a wide gravel road. At the first junction stay left. From here the road stars to get quite rough. At the next junction you have three options. Turn left and you will go to Bradford Cove Pond. The trail continues straight and hits the trail in a small field near Bradford Cove. If you continue on the ATV trail on the left you will come to a the camp of buoys. This camps has a patch of trees that are filled with buoys. The Lighthouse Trail enters the woods on the right between the buoys and the camp or on the left across a small field.
To get to the access trail drive through Deep Cove. The road will take a sharp turn to the right and then dip down into the Deep Cove valley. After driving up the other side of the valley the road turns left. On the right there is a gravel road (Bradford Cove Road) that enters the woods.
If you have a vehicle with some clearance you can drive further in the road but we usually park in the wide area just inside the road on the right and walk. The road gets progressiveley more rough and narrow and eventually turns into an ATV Trail.
