The City of Bathurst is located on the North-East shore of New Brunswick on the Bay of Chaleur. It is one of the oldest, continually occupied cities in the province. The first officially biligual cities in New Brunswick.
The Daly Point Nature Reserve has several trails and boardwalks that showcase the coastal habitat on the Bay of Chaleur. Youghall Beach has several boardwalks that provide access to the beach and that circle the point where the inner bay empties into the Bay of Chaleur.
It is about a 1 hour drive heading North-West along the coast to get to the Village of Charlo. On your way you will pass Beresford Boardwalk and Atlas Park in Pointe-Verte.
