For directions to the park see Plaster Rock Tourist Park.
To get to the Cuffley trail take the Sadlers Nature Trail either direction from the parking lot and follow the trail closest to the lake.
The Cuffley Trail is a small section of trail that follows the edge of the lake where the Sadlers Nature Trail goes into the woods away from the lake. The trail is surfaced with a thick layer of woodchips. There is a shelter and picnic table that offers a view across the lake at the large pavillion shelter. There are also several bat and duck boxes on the trees along the trail.
