Description

Sadlers Nature Trail is the main trail around Roulston Lake that provides access to the Cuffley Trail and the Hiking Trail. Sadlers Nature Trail circles the lake shore for the front half of the park. The trail then veers away from the lake and travels through the woods near the back of the park where the Cuffley Trail continues along the lake shore. The trail has several shelters with picnic tables on the lake shore and several chin-up bars for anyone interested in testing their back strength. The trail surface is quite flat and is covered in a mix of wood chips and crushed rock.
